Early NATO Flag – German Production (ca. 1949–1953)

This early design features a square layout, zigzag-appliquéd compass, and brass hook.
An unusual wool NATO flag from the early postwar period, showing clear signs of pre-standardized local production. The zigzag stitching, brass swivel hook and cut fly end suggest adaptation from Kriegsmarine or civil stocks. Possibly wall-hung or secondary use.
