Transitional Reichskriegsflagge (ca. 1933–1935)
🇩🇪 Transitional Reichskriegsflagge (1933–1935) – rare “alter Art” version with modified Weimar base. Click to explore!
A rare transitional war flag from the early NS-era – likely converted from a Weimar naval ensign. The design features a white outline around the iron cross and a black patch covering the old canton. Size-marked “Bootsflg. 95 × 157”.
These altered flags represent the brief 1933–1935 period, before the official Reichskriegsflagge redesign in 1935. A unique hybrid with both old and new regime elements.
